LiquidHacks is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates trades of API credits between users. We provide the platform; we do not sell, buy, or guarantee any credits listed.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid GitHub account to use LiquidHacks. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal right to sell or transfer any credits you list.
LiquidHacks acts as an intermediary bulletin board. When escrow is used, Stripe processes payments and holds funds. LiquidHacks is not a party to any trade and does not guarantee the validity, transferability, or value of listed credits.
Escrow trades incur a 7% platform fee charged to the buyer. Direct (non-escrow) trades have no platform fee. Stripe payment processing fees apply separately.
You agree not to: list credits you don't own; misrepresent credit values or terms; use the platform for money laundering or fraud; create multiple accounts to manipulate the marketplace; scrape or abuse the platform's API.
For escrow trades, buyers have 72 hours after delivery to confirm receipt or open a dispute. Disputes are resolved by the platform administrator. For direct trades, LiquidHacks has no ability to mediate or reverse transactions.
LiquidHacks is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from trades, credit invalidity, account compromise, or platform downtime. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Total liability is limited to fees paid to LiquidHacks in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
